I mostly have photo's and videos related to my horse, and there is less writings but, I will accept this writing award for the very small amount of writing I do have here.
Jane you inspire me truly, and I appreciate all you are. As you know, you gave this to me a very low time, and I am here to tell you now, it made me really happy then, and still does. Thank you!
This funny little thing called "Blogging" has been a special place for me to meet some extraordinary people.
Some, like Jane, I will have to meet face to face and (((HUG))) and enjoy her, to complete this Cyberspace" jump start" on solid, endearing friendships. This has opened up in my life in ways I would have never imagined that it could.
"THE PREMIO DARDOS is given for recognition of Cultural, Ethical, Literary, and Personal Values transmitted in the form of Creative and Original writing"
I would like to pass this on to one that writes from the heart of a woman that has , I believe , lifetimes to share beyond her years. I am always creatively inspired and also morally ,to live the higher calling and look beyond myself as I travel to her home at Red Pine Mountain.
Mountain Woman You are awesome! Please accept this award and pass it on to as many of those whom you desire to honor.
Kacy, bless your heart!!!
ReplyDeleteYou bring tears to my eyes with your kind words. I love to read about you and beautiful Wa on your wonderful rides on those wooded trails. Your horse poems and writing you have found to post...LOVE them!
You never know someday we may meet and wouldn't that be grand?
Hugs to you my little cyber friend! May all your trails lead to happiness!!
XO
Jane and Gilly
You deserve it by far! Ditto all Jane said! ;-)
ReplyDeleteps i email ya...I was a little long winded LOL
Hey...congrats on your award Kacy!! You definitely deserve it! :)
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed reading your poems and pictures below as well!
Ain't life grand????
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on the award!
ReplyDeleteYou asked if I know the rider of Whitesnake. I don't know him personally, but his name is Robert Roordink. He is (or used to be, I'm not sure if he still is) the stable rider of the stud farm Whitesnake belongs to.
Whitesnake is now ridden by a 17-year old boy called Kristian Houwen. They ended up 5th in the Dutch Stallion Competition. Whitesnake is only 7 years old. He is a very big and calm stallion (that's why I chose him) and is a great jumper. My horse is a jumper too. Funny thing is that every time I jump a fence with her, I need clean underwear LOL. I'm not the world's bravest jumper. She loooooooves it though.
I prefer dressage ;-)
Hugs for you and your horse. Keep in touch please. I'd love to know if you decide on breeding your horse (is that how you say it?). If you do, prepare to lose lots of sleep over it (yawn).
And I like seeing the pictures of your trails, so I'll be visiting you regularly too ;-)
Congratulations on your award and thank you so much for the beautiful write up you did on me. I was so very honored.
ReplyDeleteI read your post this morning on my blog and it was very helpful. I struggle so much with this being firm concept and returning to riding in my middle age has been a shocker for me. It was all so easy when I was young. I appreciated all your advice and I was so glad to read the story of getting your mare to move her behind. It always helps me when I know other people deal with the same issues.
Thank you again for your kind words. They touched my heart.
Congrats on your award! And isn't Mountain Woman the best!!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on a well deserved award. Enjoy it and all it means.
