Super cool sepia! What inspired you to 'sepia' it? It mesmerized me and it looked even better when I clicked on it/enlarged it. Great shot, thanks for sharing it.
KK- First of all I have an iMac computer. I installed Photoshop Elements and there are many options, one of which is everything from pencil drawing to painting with a dry brush to watercolors. The particular shot for my header was "dry brush."
