and other glimpses of life
I always wanted a kiyak - we made do with very basic canoes.
Saw that picture, instant longing. Look at my Kyak and grumble over the very intense wind. Beautiful pictures - my two favorite things to do.
Nice site! Beautiful photos. I love the one of the horse in the water although the other one is also a beautiful scene.
That's exactly how I would like to go to the beach - on horseback! So much fun!!! I'd rather be riding right now than sitting at my desk at work, and to be riding on the beach....oh I can only dream.
Kacy, I'll take the horse back ride, not a boat ride, thank you very much. I am not a big fan of anything on water, don't swim well and like my feet on the ground or in the stirrup! Nice pictures!!!
Kac,Can you believe I've never been in a kayak before, I'm almost fifty!? That's what happens when you're inland and grew up on horseback! I'll have to try it sometime with 82 lakes in this county surely I can find a serene one to practice on? LOL!
I have this fear of a kyak(see I can't even spell it)turning over and staying up side down with me under it.
What a pretty horse you have. Must be fun to enjoy the waters and the view.
Aileni Canoes are soo cool too..my first trip wa sin one large orange one...we camped on the Columbia River heritage canoe trails! One Red horse Yea...it is fun to do both...though I prefer the horses back, then into the water! Will Thanks for stopping in today..thankyou..I love to take the equine shots myselfTara You get here- I will avail you the beach ride!Jane yea....if i do a kayak trip..it is a small slew that isa narrow ...LARGE life preserve on me too!Blue well , it is an aquired desire...as far as I am concerned...I am very much in reverance of water!Gail OH...tell me about it..we did not Kayak a friend did..though, call me crazy, I did take a instructed course once with my husband and I did roll underwater to be able to learn how to release myslef...it was scary and I was totally unable to figure out what direction was up and out..though I did, obviously!Ebie Thank you..I just love her and the gift to be able to go to such places!
That shot of the kayak is perfection! Not that the other one is anything to sneeze at, but the first shot is just ... awesome.
Both of those activities look like wonderful fun!
What a peaceful place and would to visit there! love with the horse too.
Nice shots. I really like the one of the kayak - all that nice blue.
Thats a beautiful, high quality shot :) Love it, although I'm terrified of kayaks.
